Sessions Broken Down into 3 parts:

The first 30 mins. each night begins with individual skills building exercises for all the players. This leads into separate programs for the forwards, defence, and goalies using the skills taught the first 30 Mins.. The last 30 mins. focuses on movement and speed with multi player high paced flow drills putting the first hours skills to game situations. These drills are designed with a European focus.

As a defenceman, I received specialized instruction in defensive zone positioning. My skating also improved from using the "quick start technique" introduced to me at DCH. The instructors were always helpful and I highly recommend Draft Choice Hockey School to any students of the game!
